By purchasing a UDID, you have agreed to the following terms of service.
All UDIDs are to be registered within 24 hours or your money back guaranteed. If 24 hours has passed and your UDID is not registered, please contact us in our contact us form.
In order to be refunded, you must first make one creditable attempt to contact us via email. A valid attempt can include sending us an email to admin@iosudidnow.com or replying to a question if we ask you one.
Please include your UDID in the support email or there is no way for us to confirm who is contacting us. The 24 hours of registration is from when you send us your UDID (when purchasing the UDID).
Once your UDID is registered, an email is dispatched with proof of registration, and a how to page on updating to the beta iOS firmware.
Our goal is to register UDIDs quickly as possible (within 20 minutes to an hour), but we have up to 24 hours to register your device.
Since UDID registration is manual, please be reasonable. If you email us at 4:00 am, we will most likely be asleep unless it's the weekend.
